The holiday season is right around the corner, and with it comes one of the most heartwarming and exciting community events of the year — the 7th Annual Holiday Bingo, scheduled for Saturday, December 6, 2025, at the Penn Hills No. 7 Volunteer Fire Company, 125 Universal Rd, Penn Hills, PA.
This festive evening isn’t just about bingo cards and raffle baskets – it’s about coming together to support a mission that is truly life-changing. All proceeds benefit Life Changing Service Dogs For Veterans (LCSDFV), an organization dedicated to raising funds for Service Dogs and for the construction of a new Guardian Angels Medical Service Dogs Campus in McDonald, Pennsylvania.
Get ready for an evening filled with laughter, prizes, and the joy of giving back! The 7th Annual Holiday Bingo promises an unforgettable experience for guests of all ages.
Here’s what you can look forward to:
Whether you come for the bingo, the food, or the cause, you’ll leave with a full heart – and maybe even a few prizes!
Life Changing Service Dogs For Veterans was founded by passionate volunteers who believe in giving back to those who have served our country. LCSDFV does not train Service Dogs themselves — instead, their mission is to raise funds to help cover the costs associated with pairing highly trained Service Dogs with Veterans in need.
Each Service Dog, trained by Guardian Angels Medical Service Dogs, Inc., represents a life transformed. These dogs are specially trained to assist Veterans living with PTSD, traumatic brain injuries, mobility issues, seizure disorders, and other service-related challenges. The cost to raise, train, and place just one Service Dog can exceed $29,000, but thanks to supporters like you, the Veterans who receive them never pay a dime.
Beyond helping to fund individual Service Dogs, LCSDFV is currently raising funds to help build the Guardian Angels Medical Service Dogs Pittsburgh Campus in McDonald, Pennsylvania.
This new state-of-the-art facility will be the first of its kind in the region, serving as a training and rehabilitation hub where Service Dogs and Veterans will come together to build life-changing partnerships. The campus will include training centers, kennels, and community areas designed to foster growth, healing, and connection.
You can learn more about the campus vision and progress at PaDogsForVets.org/pittsburgh-pa-campus.
The Holiday Bingo event plays a vital role in helping make that vision a reality. Every ticket sold and every raffle entered brings the dream of the Pittsburgh Campus one step closer.
One of the most touching parts of Holiday Bingo is meeting the Service Dogs and hearing about their impact. Guests will have the chance to see these amazing dogs up close — their calm, focused presence and devotion are truly inspiring.
You’ll also get to hear stories about how these dogs have helped Veterans regain confidence, independence, and purpose. Many attendees describe this moment as the highlight of the night — a beautiful reminder of what your support truly accomplishes.
The 7th Annual Holiday Bingo is more than just a night of games — it’s a celebration of community, gratitude, and hope. As we gather during the holiday season, this event reminds us all of the power of kindness and the difference we can make when we come together for a shared cause.
If you are looking for an extra special way to give back, in addition to supporting Life Changing Service Dogs, please consider bringing a toy donation to the bingo for Toys for Tots. Anyone who brings an unwrapped toy will be eligible to participate in a special bingo game!
Bring your family, invite your friends, and enjoy an evening filled with joy and generosity — all while supporting our nation’s heroes and the Service Dogs who give them a new lease on life.
