Bolt rarely strays far from the feet of Ben Keen, and she’s quick to put herself between him and strangers.
The team — Bolt, a blue bi-color German shepherd and Mr. Keen, a Military Veteran — have been together since 2019. Where he goes, she goes. That included the David L. Lawrence Convention Center on Saturday for Pittsburgh’s Pet Expo.
