Support the McDonald PA Campus

We at Life Changing Service Dogs For Veterans, are excited to support Guardian Angels Medical Service Dogs in their mission to establish a Service Dog Training Campus in McDonald PA. This campus is designed to foster healing, growth and dignity for our Veterans requiring a Service Dog. This project represents more than just bricks and mortar. It is a commitment to improving the lives of our brave Veterans.

This campus will serve as a hub for Guardian Angels Northeast America operations. Here, they will train Service Dogs and prepare them for their crucial roles as partners to Veterans. It’s here that life altering partnerships between the Veteran and their Service Dog will be forged enabling an environment that will be conducive to healing, acceptance, and restoring dignity.

Your donation will be applied in full to construction costs of this campus.
As usual, there will be NO reduction to cover administrative costs for LCSDFV.

The Welcome Center

The Welcome Center serves as the gateway to the campus, offering a panoramic view of the entire area. This is where daily operations such as recipient training, foster family instruction, events, apprentice classes, and volunteer coordination take place. It also houses various offices and other functions.

This center is the cornerstone of our commitment to promoting physical, psychological, and spiritual well-being among our recipients and their families. The newly-constructed Welcome Center boasts a spacious multi-purpose room, equipped training facilities, and charming outdoor spaces for gatherings.

The Healing Garden

The healing garden is of particular concern as it offers an oasis of tranquility, promoting reflection, peace, and healing. It serves as a sanctuary for the recipients of a Service Dog, providing a serene retreat where recipients can seek solace and comfort throughout their journey to restorative health.

Designed to harness the soothing properties of water and the allure of nature, the garden provides a peaceful haven from daily stresses. Moreover, it functions as a therapeutic space where recipients, alongside their Service Dogs, can focus on healing physical or emotional traumas.
